General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jeeta win platform and all associated services. By creating an account on jeeta win or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legal agreement, so please read every section carefully before you start using the platform.

In these Terms, "user", "member" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the jeeta win platform. "Platform" refers to the jeetawin.cam website, related mobile applications, and all connected services.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

To open an account on jeeta win, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. jeeta win reserves the right to cancel any account registered with incorrect or false information. Each person may only open one account — multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is not allowed. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jeeta win support immediately. jeeta win is not liable for any loss arising from third-party use of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

jeeta win may at any time request documents necessary to verify a member's identity. Copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, some account features may be temporarily suspended.

Age Restriction

All jeeta win services are available only to users aged 21+. No person under 21 years of age may open an account or use the platform. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that their age is accurate when opening an account.

Providing false information about your age is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on jeeta win is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). All deposits must be sent from an account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.
• Every withdrawal request is subject to a security review.
• jeeta win reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspected irregular activity.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or network issue, jeeta win will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. For a failed transaction, please contact support and keep the transaction details on hand.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in wagers to be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses can only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Exceeding the minimum bet limit on bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own expiry period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

jeeta win's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver members receive up to 0.7%; and Gold members receive up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to move to a higher tier by staying regularly active.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

The outcome of all games on the jeeta win platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unbiased. jeeta win is not liable unless a claim of manipulation in game results is proven.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game produces an abnormal result, jeeta win reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. There is no obligation to pay out winnings that resulted from an error.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, wagers placed before a match begins are generally accepted at the stated odds. In-play betting odds may change in real time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount is generally refunded, though rules may differ for specific sports.

6.4 Fishing and Other Games

For live casino, fishing, and table games, the rules of each individual game provider apply. It is recommended to read the rules of the relevant game before you start playing.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta win platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in a game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Creating multiple accounts with false information in order to claim bonus benefits.
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate games.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be permanently cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet connection issues, server maintenance, or technical problems. jeeta win is not liable for losses arising from such situations, though it will try to resolve any genuine losses.

8.2 Game Results

All game results are random and there is no guarantee of any outcome. Winning or losing a bet is a normal part of the process — jeeta win is not obligated to compensate for losses, though VIP cashback benefits apply.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jeeta win is not liable for transaction delays caused by issues with payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banks. In such cases, it is recommended to contact the relevant service provider directly.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by jeeta win

jeeta win may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Evidence of involvement in illegal or harmful activities.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. It is recommended to complete all applicable withdrawals before closing the account. A closure request must be submitted through support.

9.3 Voluntary Break

If a member feels their gambling habits are going beyond their control, they may request that their account be suspended for a set period of time.

Privacy and Data Protection

The rules for collecting, storing, and using members' personal data are explained in detail in our separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy carries equal importance alongside these Terms, and by accepting them, a member is considered to have agreed to both documents.

All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Members' financial information is not sold or transferred to third parties. Information may be provided in response to lawful requests from authorities in compliance with applicable law.

Changes to Terms

jeeta win reserves the right to change, add to, or remove parts of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
